Troubleshooting achievements

Achievement not appearing after course completion

  • Wait 5-10 minutes - achievements process after course completion
  • Refresh your browser or app
  • Ensure you completed all course requirements including final assessment
  • Check that you met the minimum passing score (usually 70%)
  • Contact support if achievement doesn't appear within 24 hours

Can't download certificate

  • Ensure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Check that pop-ups are allowed for the site
  • Try right-clicking and selecting "Save As" instead
  • Clear your browser cache and try again
  • Try downloading from a different device

Verification code not working

  • Double-check you entered the code exactly as shown (case-sensitive)
  • Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the code
  • Try copying and pasting the code instead of typing
  • Use the verification URL link instead of entering code manually
  • Contact support if verification consistently fails

Share button not working

  • Ensure you're logged into the social media platform you're trying to share to
  • Check browser permissions for pop-ups and redirects
  • Try using the "Copy Link" option and manually posting
  • Update your browser to the latest version
  • Try sharing from a different device or browser
